When I gaze upto the sky, I see what looks like energy..

Whenever it is overcast, or raining I can gaze upto the sky and if I relax my eyes for about 30 seconds, my eyes focus on little sparkly things, almost like fire flies off in the distance.

This only happens when I look at the sky, with nothing else do I see this. I can also make out some kind of vibration the sky is giving off, I have to focus my eyes on nothing and just wait for something to catch my eye for that to work.

Is this energy in the clouds? I tried concintrating on one area this morning to see if the little sparkly things would gather there, but they kept doing their random thing.

well as one of the theories goes everything is made out of energy. The solid stuff aounrd you is made of slow moving energy and things like gas are made of faster energy. The things your seeing I'm pretty sure is energy. CONGRATS hehe

Yup, that's energy all right. If you look, you'll notice that there are actually much fewer of those sparkles during a storm than during just an overcast or clear day. With practice (or simply Time), you will start seeing these everywhere, though they are still most common in the sky.

I'm glad someone brought this up... I also see that, but I see that pretty much all the time, especially if I'm looking at a bright background. (the sky,TV,a white wall,ect...) I can see that on a cloudy day like you described, but also on a clear blue sky too. And Dragonheart is right, there are fewer during a storm than on a cloudy day..... I have no idea why though. I have always thought that it is energy, but it's strange, because it looks different from other types of energy I've seen. I can see energy and auras fairly well, and when I look at my own aura, I don't see those little things in it. Of course, it could be that I just can't see energy well enough to be able to. (I can feel it more than see it...) But my aura is a dark blue and rather dense looking. But it looks smooth and I can't see those little sparkley things in it. Does anyone know if it is just a different type of energy, or perhaps little clumps of energy, or what? Also, I often see waves of energy going through the air, kindof like waves in water. Does anyone else see that too? The waves are kindof cool, but sometimes, they really bug me especially when they run into me! It just feels a little wierd. Does anyone know what causes these things?

Wow, alright. I really needed some physical proof of the energy around us to continue my seeking of the knowledge. This really helps.

Thats really amazing actually, can everyone see them? Cause Ive been able to see them ever since I can remember.

ALSO, I think I might see auras, not sure. Nothing is a solid color anymore, it always has little specs of green, blue, red, yellow.. a little of everything. Is it just my eyes, or mabye an aura?

I see energy exactly the way you describe it! I read somewhere that the little sparks of energy are some clumps of energy, but that may be just the author's theory.

i see things alike that were ever i look sometimes and sometimes i just see the objects but more often then not i see little sparks and dots of light and dark everywere sp is this truely seeing the energie? is there anything i can learn to do with this?

I see those same things too. I see em all the time, specially at night, they're pretty cool.

I don't mean to imply that you aren't seeing energy, but it is a fact that people with high blood pressure do see sparkles, and the sparkles are a result of blood vessels in the eyes bursting, especially after brief periods of relaxation, and mostly against highly contrasted backgrounds(the sky) and the blood pressure in you head does rise when you look directly up. Would explain why you only see them when you look up?

But then again, especially if you don't have high blood pressure...

this last month has been an exercise for me in letting go of skepticism. I am having my own wierd experiences that might be me going neurotic, but if you are seeing energy, Keep at it, I bet you'll eventually be able to see auras and stuff. I just keep telling myself to keep an open mind. Good luck to you.

Yeap, I know all about that kind of skepticism. That was ALL me, took a long time to get over it, and Im still not.

People would tell me they could only do TK or ...some wierd brain power thing after years of practice. And I always was like "Well if you tried to make your brain do something for years, like see auras, its finally gonna give in and make you think you are."
But now that time has gone on, and I've seen evidence of this stuff being real, and since science has actually proved everything being made of energy, this makes it all possible.

And the sparkly things u are talking about you can make yourself see by putting your head between your knees and tensing all the muscles in your face, then bringing your head up. The sparklies leave after about 10 seconds.

The ones WE see, we can watch for hours and hours if we see so fit. + the ones I see are a solid silver or clear color, the ones you see when the blood vessels pop are multi colored.

i see these things almost all the time and when i look at an objects and consentrate in a way i can see a white layer around it and around every object unless its realy small but its always white(i havn't realy tried it on people but im gunna) and the method i used to do tk 1ce after i grounded myself was minipulating this energie some how into 1 side(oposit from the way i wanted the object to move) and it worked but only that day after i grounded the energie looked kinda purpleish i think cant realy remember but it was like fire coming from a rocket and it would push the object in the oposit direction. is this manipulating the energie or the aura of the thing or something? im going to ground my self again soon and try it again

the thing that i moved was a cork in a bole of water and i moved it more then 1 direction and i could switch directions so i know that it was me doing it.

i sort of see the same thing...except idont see sparkles, i see sequins falling when i look at things for a few seconds, especially when i'm bored. and if i look at something else, the 'falling sequins' follow suit wherever i look, and while my eyes move the sequins are sort of like on pause, then when my eyes stop moving i see them move again. can anyone help explain?
