You must the latest version of shockwave
installed in order to access the pre-school. If you do not have it yet
click on the shockwave symbol on our first page and follow the
instructions on the Macromedia site.
After the introductory scene
you will see a crystal in the main screen. When you click on the crystal
it will highlight a subject. There are six subjects in pre-school and if
you keep clicking on the crystal you will see them all in order.
If
you want learn more about a subject click on the name of the subject. As
you pass the mouse over the words they will light up and then if you click
you will be taken to that subject page.
Each subject page will
come up with information about that subject. There are audio exercises for
each of the subjects. To go the exercises click on the exercise button.
You will see a written version of the exercise. You can play the guided
audio meditation done by Petey by using the play, stop and pause audio
buttons. When you click the play button an animation will play along with
the audio exercise.
Clicking on "Back" on the exercise
page will take you back to the information page about that subject.
Clicking on "Back to Crystal" will take you back to the main
crystal page. You can use the back and forward buttons of the browser to
go between the animations once you have looked at them all.
I
have tried to make the animations as small as possible, however you will
notice that the Pre-school will run better after the first time you have
viewed all the graphics as they will be in your browser cache. Generally
if the cursor changes or the screen changes when you move the mouse around
you can click and something will happen. Enjoy
